Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Twineo mobile application (the "App") operated by Techventrix ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.
1. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our App.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password.
2. Subscriptions
Some parts of the App are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.
All transactions, billing, and subscription management are handled securely through Apple App Store In-App Purchases and verified by RevenueCat. Cancelations must be managed directly through your Apple ID account settings.
3. User Content
Our App allows you and your partner to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, photos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the App, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
You retain all rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the App. By posting Content, you grant us the limited right to host and store this content on our cloud databases solely to display it to you and your linked partner.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App:
In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
To submit offensive, abusive, defamatory, violent, or illegal content.
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the App or the servers on which it is stored.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Techventrix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind.
6. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App.

Choose a subscription plan that suits your needs. Cancel anytime no hidden commitments. Support the app's future development while enjoying more control and flexibility.
A free trial is available for you to experience the full feature set before committing to a subscription.
8. End User License Agreement (EULA)
By using this app, you agree to the End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your rights, responsibilities, and usage of the app, including subscription access. The EULA includes key terms about billing, cancellation, usage rights, and limitations.
